3. Conclusion of Contract By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs through our order confirmation via email.

Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal For digital content (downloads), the right of withdrawal expires once you have expressly agreed that the execution begins before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained at checkout.

5. Prices & Payment All prices are in Euros including statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Delivery Digital products are provided via email or download link after receipt of payment.

7. Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Applicable Law German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

9. Liability We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the digital content provided, unless we are guilty of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

10. Online Dispute Resolution The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
