Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (sharpalive, Ringstraße 9, 92681 Erbendorf, Germany, Email: support@sharpalive.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

Return of Goods

If you have received physical goods, you must return them to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
